The cost for professional services is as follows:

• Private pay rate is $110 per 50 minute session for individuals (children, teens, and adults)

• $30.00 for copying and mailing of patient records to another professional

• I am a provider for most insurance companies, please call your insurance company to verify that I am a provider for your specific plan.

I accept cash, personal check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Check/Debit cars.

Please be aware that in order to be covered by medical insurance I am required to provide a DSM-V diagnosis of your symptoms or issues that are the focus of treatment.  This diagnosis could remain a part of your permanent medical record.
